About Andrew
Andrew James Benton was born on December 20th in Manhattan, NY. He and his Coast Guard family then spent some time in Lakewood, CA before settling near Cleveland, OH. He has two older brothers (Matt and Chris) a sister-in-law (Becky) and three nieces (Mika, Tereis, and Adara). He graduated from St. Thomas, Lorain Catholic HS, and Clarkson University in upstate New York. After starting his job with the Diocese, where he still works today, he earned a Masters from Case Western Reserve University.
Andrew misses his days as "Benton the Ball Carrier" (33!) with the Spartans. However, he lives vicariously through the Tribe, the Browns, the Cavs, and most importantly, the Buckeyes! O-H-I-O
Andrew is currently the Director of Technology for the Secretariat for Education and Catechesis. Ironically enough, he interviewed Moira when she was applying for her job. If she had only known how easy it could have been!
About Moira
Moira Eileen Conway was born on November 30th in Chicago, IL. She has also lived in equally exotic Cleveland, OH. Moira has four brothers and three sisters, a handful of in-laws, one niece and five nephews. She attended St. Barnabas, Mother McAuley, and John Carroll University. She has one more Masters degree than Andrew, but doesn't like to rub it in!
Moira misses her family in Chicago but travels back often, especially to visit Michael, Dylan, Rena, Owen, Ethan and Colin. She also works for the Diocese of Cleveland and happily resides in an office near Andrew's!
Andrew and Moira met at work in 2005. Moira was impressed by Andrew's patience with her many questions and his surprising knowledge of all things "Friends." Andrew was just happy to have another person under 40 in the office! Moira's small ability to answer some tech questions didn't hurt either.
